Refund policy?

You have 7 days to request a refund (coolin goff period), if the call has not been booked. The cancellation policy for booking calls is described on the calendar link sent to you via email following payment.

Can I bring guests?

Yes, you can bring up to 2 guests to observe but please give notice when booking the call. The consultation is limited to one business/case & the booking is linked to one email address. The cancellation policy remains the same, even if guests cannot attend.

Is a book included?

1 book is included in 1 format (paperback, audiobook, ebook) to be agreed & arranged during the consultation or thereafter. Other arrangements to be made on request by email.

Is there a replay of the session?

The sessions are confidential & if recording is requested both parties must agree. There is no replay/hosting included in this offer.
